My Scentsy journey started whilst caring for my Dad. He has recently passed away now, however my care for him lead me to Scentsy and for that I am forever grateful. Here is my story.
I was introduced to Scentsy in 2014. At the time I was working part-time and doing another party plan. My father has advanced dementia. He went through a very bad series of incidents of hospitalisation. During one of these hospital stays, I had to wash his soiled clothing. Dads clothing was so bad, that I would normally have just thrown it in the bin. However, I knew that was not the daughter he had raised, so I decided to hold my nose and try to see how good these washer whiffs from Scentsy really were. Much to my surprise, dads clothing came up completely stench free. I hung out the washing smelling the coconut lemongrass scent. I was surprised how much the scent lifted my mood. My Dad was in and out of hospital for a while, and the washer whiffs got me through. I ran out late one night, trying to squeeze in a late night load, and wanted to text my consultant for an urgent delivery. I NEED WASHER WHIFFS ASAP. & I thought I was going mad. Then I thought, I just need to start selling this stuff!!! I was not going to do parties, as I was extremely busy with my other party plan business to do that. I would just do basket parties and personal orders..
I joined in March 2015. Once I joined, I started sharing Scentsy with friends. My neighbour asked me to do a party. Oh alright, just this one. Then one party, quickly lead to another. When I started I was doing one in home party, and one basket party a month. I was making around $400 a month. I soon came to realise that I was making more money selling Scentsy, than doing 6 parties for another party plan, and so did my husband. With my husbands support, I knew I needed to make a change.I went to the Scentsy conference in August 2015, and saw the possibilities that lay ahead of me. I just knew that I had to focus my energy on Scentsy. I have 2 boys aged 6 and 9 years old and they both love Scentsy too. I love that my boys are growing up in a house that really Enlivens their senses. My sons love smelling the testers and sorting them into different categories. They love their buddies. My husband helps me with my party deliveries behind the scenes.
I have earned 3 all expenses paid trips with Scentsy in 3 years, the most recent was for 2 people to Europe for 7 nights, a trip I could only have dreamed about before Scentsy.

Scentsy has the potential to change lives and I would love to share the opportunity and blessings the business has bestowed on me and my family.
I have earned more than income, free trips and also found amazing friends along the way. In November 2016 I reached Director. I now have a team of over 20 ladies in my Scent Evolution Team.
